If it won't works in 0 balance in your state then try to recharge a small 3G internet data plan to maintain speed and disconnection problems too. 

Requirements :

• 3G Enabled Reliance Sim Card.
• A WCDMA Supported Modem.
• Maintained Balance of Rs.0

Steps To Use This Trick :

PC/Laptop Users :

1. Connect Reliance Sim Card With APN - "rcomwap".
   Connect In  0 Balance First.
2. Now Open Mozilla > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings.
3. Set Manual Proxy as : "vod.rcom.co.in" and Port as "80".
   
   
   
4. If you want to Download then you can use same settings in IDM also Setting same Proxy as you done in Mozilla.
